Information you choose to share
Our website does not require an account. If you use the AI Concierge, your messages are processed to generate a response. If you prepare an enquiry, the details you enter are passed to the communication method you select—WhatsApp or your email application—and you decide whether to send that message.
AI conversation processing
Concierge messages are sent securely to our AI service provider for response generation. We configure the concierge without permanent application chat history and limit each visitor session. Service providers may process technical and usage information under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
How information is used
Information you send is used only to provide the requested interaction, understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss requested services and maintain necessary business communication. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
AI services, WhatsApp, email and other linked services are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information.
Data minimisation
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, confidential business data or other sensitive information through the AI Concierge or enquiry form. Formal projects may use separate, agreed channels appropriate to the work.
